Who we are

Hi, we’re Samantha and Randy, a married couple living in Connecticut who share a passion for real estate and a love for the outdoors! When we’re not working hard to help homeowners across the Country, you’ll often find us hiking, exploring new trails, or you can find Randy cycling through long windy New England roads, or out in the woods on his mountain bike.

I, Samantha, on the other hand, grew up surrounded by animals and spent much of my life riding horses. In addition to my love for real estate, I’m also a professional photographer and educator, with the honor of speaking at my second photography conference in 2025.

What we enjoy most is working together to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Whether we’re helping homeowners find the best solution to sell their home or creating opportunities for our rent-to-own buyers, we’re committed to making every step of the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
